Concepts:

“Blues” follows the story of an artist who wakes up trapped in one of her own paintings identical to her own room, but the one thing different is that the room is blue!

She seems to have lost her memories except of her being an artist. While trying to get out of her painting, she tries to remember who she is as she reflects to her past by engaging with the objects in the room. 

Background Story

The artist had a history with track before she tore her ACL and she haven’t been able to run since which forced her to try new things like; painting. It really saved her from her pain and made her feel like she was at peace after her injury. One day she wakes up trapped in one of her own paintings of her bedroom. Engaging with the objects around her memories come back to her.  She remembers her childhood, friends, and her past relationship with her ex-husband. She feels a sense of calm being trapped in her own painting as she process her feelings and accepts her past.
